How long does an installation take?
Most residential installs (a single shower enclosure, a set of sliding windows, a glass door) take one day on site. Larger projects, storefronts, full office partitions, multiple windows across a house, typically run two to four days. We give you a concrete timeline in the written quote.
Do you fabricate the frames yourselves or source them?
Both, depending on the job. Most windows and doors we fabricate in-house to your exact openings. For items like shower enclosures, we can either build them or source a specific branded product if you want a particular spec. Just let us know what you have in mind.
Is there a warranty on the work?
Yes. One year on our workmanship. If the installation itself fails (leaks, frame separation, sealant failure caused by how we installed it), we come back and fix it free. Manufacturer warranties on the glass and hardware itself are handled separately by the supplier.
Where do you work?
Countrywide across Jamaica. All 14 parishes. Smaller-scale jobs in major centres are usually the fastest to schedule; larger jobs further out get planned with a site visit first.
How accurate do my measurements need to be?
Your measurements are a starting point. We use them to give you a working quote. A team member always confirms exact measurements on site before any fabrication or final pricing.
